Terms and Conditions

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. Transactions will show up on your statement as being paid to Aspen House Marketing, Midland Reefs' card provider. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing is free on most items within the UK.

For Europe and Rest of World please contact us.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order within 7-10 days. For International customers delivery times may vary depending on country postal service.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is include where applicable.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchases for any reason, then please return the goods to us within 14 working days (Mon-Fri) of receipt.

Also indicate why you are returning the goods to us.
This is important so we can continue to improve our service to our customers.
You may request a refund or exchange of goods. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure returned goods arrive with us, as we cannot refund or exchange a product we have not received. We therefore recommend that returns are sent by recorded post.

Midland Reefs will refund customer postage charges where the product is being returned because of a faulty product or packing error.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
